"On the crest of Thailand": 4 hands dinner at the BLACK THAI restaurant

The gastronomic festival "On the Crest!" dedicated to the Far Eastern scallop is coming to an end. Its culmination will be an exclusive dinner at the iconic Black Thai restaurant from two stars of Pan-Asian cuisine: chef Artem Martirosov and brand chef of the best pan-Asian restaurant of the Far East Zuma Egor Anisimov, which will be held on July 14 at 19.00.

The dishes that the chefs will present to the attention of the guests are not only harmoniously combined with each other, but also reveal as much as possible all the versatility of the tastes and aromas of Asia. An important place is given to seafood and, in particular, to the main character of the dinner — the seaside scallop. The set includes the following dishes:

- Smoked scallop, pineapple kimchi, strawberry
- Crab, red curry, tamarind, lychee
- Blue-throated halibut, seaweed, ginger foam, golden togarashi
- Green noodles, sea urchin, salicornia, mousse tom kha
- Scallop, citrus dressing, red caviar, jusai oil
- Baramundi, tom yam rice porridge, yellow carrots
- Pomelo, spicy caramel, yuzu, nutmeg.

Guests will have a unique opportunity to taste unusual combinations of ingredients and appreciate how subtle and amazing they can be in the hands of professional chefs. The freshest seafood, seasonal vegetables, bright spices and spices — the collaboration of two chefs promises to give truly new gastronomic emotions. A welcome drink will create a pefect mood: a cocktail based on gin, lychee, prosecco and yuzu.

The festival "On the Crest" was held for the fifth time this year: the event covered 30 participating cities and 150 restaurants from different regions of Russia. Its mission is to popularize local Russian seafood, introduce guests to the diverse taste of scallop at an affordable price, as well as unite Russian restaurants.
